Manager – Projects (Civil)

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for handling Green Field, Brown Field, Capacity Expansion Projects independently from Concept to commissioning
• Capex preparation for civil and structural cost estimation, preparing BOQ and floating the tender for civil and structure work along with Project Execution planning in consultation with Project Lead.
• Well Versatile with Installation of Fascade Work, Clean Room Panel Work, Structural Fabrication Work, MEP services, PEB ( Pre- Engineered Building) installation & Detailing
• Pre Order Engineering :- Review Tender Documents, BOQ , RFQ, Estimation, Scheduling
• Post Order Engineering :- Execution of Sites, Interdisciplinary Coordination with other MEP Services

Project Management

• Job Function encompasses project management, Project Planning, Design Co-ordination , Front End & Detailed Eng Activity
• Technical, Routine co-ordination with Interdisciplinary Eng. Teams, Consultants, OEMs, Suppliers for project Completion within Budget & Timelines
• Identify & Implement Alternate strategy to resolve conflicts, Monitor & Control sites for Safety & Quality of Work

Requisite for the role:

• Education:- B. Tech / B.E. (CIVIL)
• Years of Experience:- 10 to 14 Yrs
• Industry Preference:- Pharmaceutical

Required IT Skills:

• Autocad :- Mid Level User
• SAP PS Module , MM Module
• Scheduling Software - MS Project
• Others :-ISO 14001 , & 45001 Six Sigma , Factory Act , MIDC Norms, PWD Norms.
