Roles and Responsibilities
1)To prepare the quality risk management report
2) To perform Validation activities at site
3)To certify Line clearance prior to start of critical activity
4)To carryout in- process checks of pre deteremined process parameters.
5) To withdraw sample of bulk and finished product.
6) To withdraw control samples stability samples and validation samples.
7) To monitor environmental condition of the critical areas.
8)To participate and monitor media fill.
9) To verify GMP records/logs periodically at the shop floor.
10) To Verify online documentation of BMR and BPR.
11) To monitor shop floor activities in line with SOPs
12) To ensure GMP compliance on the shop floor and report non-conformances noticed
13) To monitor non-viable particle, count in the clean areas.
14) To review batch manufacturing record
15) To prepare product quality review report (PQR)
16) To calibrate weighing balance and its verification.
